"Naledi came in confident with the standard quadratic formula but was skipping steps when completing the square, which is where her homework errors were coming from. We slowed down and rebuilt the method step by step using three practice equations. By the end of the session she was completing the square independently and explaining each step back to me correctly. Homework this week is five practice problems using the same method. She has everything she needs to do them on her own."
